Applications Open - September 3rd, 2024
Admission and Tuition Assistance Applications Due - January 31st, 2025
Notifications Sent - February 28th, 2025
Family Responses Due - March 17th, 2025

Take a Campus Tour:

Joining us for a tour of campus is the best way to find out what Allen Academy has to offer. The tour will include an opportunity to see classes in action, meet our students and teachers and get your questions answered. 

Submit an Application:

Submit an online application by visiting AllenAcademy.org. Create an account in our FACTS system and it will walk you through all the steps of the application. A $200 application fee is required to apply. Please be sure to have your child's birth certificate, vaccination records, any additional records or information that can help us best serve your child's learning needs ready as you start the application, as these are required pieces to include. 

Applying for Tuition Assistance:

At Allen, we believe our community should mirror the real world with a diverse student body that is representative of all socio-economic backgrounds. To achieve this goal, Allen seeks to enroll students whose families align with our mission regardless of socio-economic background through a need-based Tuition Assistance Program for students entering grades K-12. Allen encourages all families to apply for Tuition Assistance if they believe they may qualify. The Tuition Assistance application should be completed at the same time as the admission application. 

Notification:

Once the admission steps are complete, the student's application will be reviewed and one of the following decisions will be shared: Accepted, Wait Pool, Non-Acceptance. 

Joining Allen Academy: 

Once your child's offer has been sent you will have the opportunity to formally accept the offer and complete the enrollment agreement. The admission team and the business office will assist with creating your school account and FACTS billing account.  Additionally, the division head and teachers will reach out to communicate school day needs and begin building a relationship with your child(ren) and family.
